Experience and skills required for the job

-         Has very relevant exp – of similar categories over few years ( Retail Stores - Hypermarkets - Supermarkets )  etc

-          Has international experience of visiting fairs/ shows

-          Have done major working on imports.

-          Not from E-commerce

-          Experience 10 – 12 years

Job duties

Manage listing of new items, to achieve Category target and corresponding Space availability
Evaluate and Analysis and industry trends and provide action plan
Provide statistical analysis and direction to Management and Purchasing to achieve agreed Sales/Profit
targets
Ensure timely development of Plano-grams and Implementations
Develop Periodic Category Review Calendar
Partner with Key Suppliers for Category Captainency
Provide ongoing support to various departments
Interpret and Analyze Industry Data and suggestion to Improve Category Performance
Defining In-Store Category Adjacency
